VISTA has a fantastic ongoing opportunity for multiple providers to see patients on follow-up visits.
Are you available?
*Location: Massachusetts
*Training: Family Medicine /Internal Medicine
*Duration: Ongoing for 6 months or longer
*Board Requirement: Board certified
*Schedule: Mon - Fri
*Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
*Procedures: Hospital follow-ups - perioperative appointments. Follow-ups after patients have been hospitalized to make sure they do not get re-hospitalized.
*Census: Up to 20 patients per day
*Type of Facility: Clinic
*EMR: EPIC Systems
*License Requirement: Must be Massachusetts licensed before presentation
