Physician Network employing more than 1000 physicians at over 260 practice locations, caring for more than four million patients annually is recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a well-established practice in northwest Indiana.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 36 hours of patient contact

  • Shared rotating call: 1:6

  • Average outpatient volume: 18 – 22 patients per day

  • Telehealth offered

  • Collegial team

  • Busy established practice



Compensation:
