DocStar Medical Partners is looking for a Family Practice physician for Nampa, ID client to start as soon as credentialed for a 4 month locum tenens assignment.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p,
- No call, No weekends
- Trauma Level I
- EMR: Cerner
- Adult Outpatient Population
- Facility can credential within 30 days if provider has active license.
- Please see attached practice description for more details on procedures.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified - Required
- Active ID license - Highly Preferred
- DEA/CSR - Required
- Clean malpractice and no background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
