Fantastic opportunity to join an established traditional primary care practice with four other physicians and share in hospital call. Work in a small system with a big heart in a lake community in Minnesota 90 minutes from Minneapolis. You would be able to live where others vacation!

* True 4-day work week
* Never-ending salary plus bonus potential and separate pay for each inpatient shift
* Rural Health Clinic located just steps away from the hospital
* Critical Access Hospital -- share in hospitalist duties
* No obstetrics
* Call is 1:6
* Service Area population is between 10,000-15,000
