WE need BE/BC Family Physician
M-F 7 am – 5 pm (1 hour lunch)
Call 1 week day & 1 weekend
Salary? $300,000 year 1; $290,000 year 2; $280,000 year 3; $260,000 Year 4 (The decrease was due to increased RVU compensation. This will be the base for each year with the ability to make above and beyond $300,000 each year as the provider builds their case load).
$80,000 Sign-on bonus realized at completion of year 4.
Benefits 403b, health, dental, vision, 4 weeks PTO year 1 + 1 week CEU, Starting year 2 (end year 1) ~5 weeks PTO + 1 week CEU
