Long established outpatient Primary Care clinic seeks an entrepreneurial Family Medicine physician with the leadership qualities and work ethic to eventually assume the title and duties of Medical Director. Practice is comprised of three divisions; Traditional Primary Care Clinic, an Urgent Care Center and an Industrial Medicine Practice. Initially the new physician will spend 80% of the time providing traditional primary care services, working a Monday to Friday schedule averaging 20 patients per day, plus an occasional weekend day in the practices Urgent Care Clinic. Assumption of Medical Director Duties would occur in 18-24 months’ time and include an option for equity participation in the practice.
This is a great opportunity for a physician that wants to be more than just another employee but doesn’t want to start their own practice from scratch. Practice prefers someone with at least 2-3 years practice experience but is open to new graduate with a business mindset that is willing to be mentored into the Director role. Practice will offer a starting salary guarantee, relocation costs and benefits.
