New Family Practice Opportunity - 5 week 1099 contract - San Jose, CA
- Beautiful location - Family Practice Clinic - San Jose, CA
- Start date - mid-July - 5 week 1099 locum contract with an option to extend
- 100% outpatient no call or weekends
- M - F l (8 - 5)
- 16 - 20 PPD - combination of telehealth and on-site visits
- Full support staff
- Nextgen EMR
- All ages
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice is provided in addition to a great hourly rate
Requirements -
Must have active CA license
Active DEA and BLS
