Starting Salary: $250,000.00 with $25,000.00 Retention Bonus
Seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Provider that would practice in our outpatient clinic as well as provide inpatient coverage in our CAH. Our providers generally work 4.5 days a week. Generally would see between 10-15 patients per day. They take hospital coverage on a 1:6 rotation currently for usually 7 days at a time. They would round on any inpatients in the AM and then have acute clinic in the PM during their call rotation. Would need to round on the weekends for inpatients and see any new patients during their rotation. Hospital generally averages 3-6 census with combined inpatient and swing bed. We currently fully staff our ED with others providers and this position would not have any ED responsibility. We do not provide OB services within our hospital. I have also attached profiles of our hospital, Community of Slaton, and Murray County.
