**Family Medicine opening near Syracuse, NY**
* Located in ***Vernon, NY*** - just 38 miles from Syracuse!
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Employed position
* Joining an established Family Practice with 8 FPs
* Recruiting due to an upcoming retirement
* While a 2021 start date is preferred, it isn't required
* Schedule: 4 days/week; 40 hours
* Call: 1:13
* EMR: Medent
* They participate in a Track 3 ACO

* 3-year employment contract (4 available if desired)
* Base salary + wRVU bonus
* Up to $25k sign-on/relocation assistance
