This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

- Schedule: Flexible schedule based on availability (Part-Time or Full-Time basis)
- Job Setting: Home Care
- Types of Cases: In-home health and wellness assessments
- Credentialing Timeframe: 4-8 Weeks
- Immediate start upon credentialing
- Must have an active Rhode Island state license
