Full-time 4 – 5 days a week – Dallas Suburb

Federally Qualified Patient Center Medical Home located 30 miles from Dallas, TX looking to add another Primary Care Provider to their team. Faith Centered organization, loved by the community, putting patients first in their mission to serve others. Located in a growing community, minutes away from Dallas, that gives you the ability to commute or relocate somewhere nice.

Position:
– Federally Qualified Patient Center Medical Home with a staff of 61, established in 1999, providing primary care, women’s health, behavioral health, pediatrics and dental services through outpatient services
– Base Salary of $250,000 – $265,000
– Will have oversight of 5 midlevel providers when help is needed, majority of patients are adult, and team averages anywhere between 12-18 patients a day
– 100% Outpatient position with options of a 5 day work week or 3 day work week
– All clinicians have 2 exam rooms, 1 MA and ability to utilize a float MA when needed
– Pediatrician, OBGYN, LCSW, Dentist, and seasoned midlevel providers on staff
– Base Salary, comprehensive benefit package, life insurance, medical mal-practice coverage, vison, dental, and 401k with 5% match
– 4 weeks PTO, 1 week paid CME, and 1 week for mission oriented work given a year
– Must have ability to bill through Medicaid and Medicare, TX license, and experience working over midlevel providers
