**Family Medicine opening near Atlanta, GA**
* Located in ***Buchanan, GA*** - 55 miles from Atlanta
* Full time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed
* Currently 2 Physicians & 3 APPs in practice (will be replacing a retiring physician)
* 100% Outpatient
* 25 patients per day
* Supervise APPs by reviewing/signing off on at least 10% of their charts
* Schedule: 8am - 5pm, M-F
* EPIC EMR
* Full time, salary plus RVU structure with full benefits
* Location does have public service loan forgiveness
* Can support Rural Health Scholar (HPSA score of 17)
