A brand new primary care opportunity is now available to a family medicine or internal medicine physician a couple of hours from Chicago, Illinois. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Hospital admissions are supported by a hospitalist program. There will be a light phone-only call after hours during the week, with nurse triage assistance. The weekend phone call rotation is 1:8. Enjoy working with all state-of-the-art equipment and an excellent support staff and management. Come and join this well-established and highly reputable group.

They are offering a great base salary with options for partnership in the future and a work/life balance. You will also receive health/life/dental insurance, a 401K and 457B, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, 5 days of CME and $4K, malpractice with tail, and PTO.
