This 25 bed critical access hospital near Lexington, KY is recruiting a BE/BC Primary Care physician to replace a departed physician. This opening is considered to be 90% outpatient Primary Care with 10% being inpatient rounding.
* 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient rounding during 1 weekend of call
* Join 1 experienced Primary Care physician, 2 NP's, and PA's in the hospital
* Estimated 20-22 patients in clinic and low teens census in the hospital
* Option to perform outpatient procedures
* Specialty support includes General Surgery, Cardiology, and Orthopedics
Above median compensation and robust benefits package
* 2 year income guarantee of 240K plus RVU production
* RVU payout of up to $46 p/wRVU at a threshold of 5,714
* 25K Sign-On bonus and 75K in student loan forgiveness
* Full benefits package to include health, dental, vision, 401K, malpractice coverage, and licensing/dues fees.
