- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
- 100% Outpatient only, shared after clinic phone call only
- Average daily volumes for each of the three providers ~19 per day
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
- Group Size: 2 physicians & 1 NP in practice (succession planning for retiring physician)
- EMR: Epic systemwide
- Hospital employed position
