Job Specifics:

• Providers generally work 4 10-hour days
• Rotation for the Saturday clinic, every 6th or 7th Saturday. (With a day off during the week in leu of the Saturday shift)
• 3.5 weeks of PTO, 40 hours of Floating Holiday, 8 paid holidays and 56 hours + $2,400 towards CE.
  • Floating and CE’s are pro-rated the first year.
• Board-certified physicians are required to take pediatric calls at the local hospital. The hospital has a hospitalist employed for adult patients, but not for pediatrics, so our physicians are in a local call group that shares pediatric call. (Generally occurs once every 4-5 days).
• Pediatric calls are NOT required to deliver babies, they just need to be there for the birth, to assess the baby after they’re born.
