Outpatient clinic performing physical exams on our Veterans

Locations needed:

Salt Lake City, UT

Seattle, WA

Boise, ID

Albuquerque, NM

Honolulu, HI

Reno, NV

Los Angeles, CA

Modesto, CA

Phoenix, AZ

Dates: Short Term or Ongoing

Schedule: Monday-Friday

PPD:8-10

Patient Population : All adult patients

EMR

Qualifications:

CV

Copy of Any state license

3 references

BLS

Please list availability for October through December 2020

Must be computer competent
