- 4 day workweek - you choose the day
- Round on 3-5 inpatients the morning after you are on call
- 1:4 backup call for ER coverage, which is initially covered by Tele-ED and NP/PAs
- ER coverage is paid at $115 per hour
- $265K consistent income plus RVU and quality bonuses
