Outpatient Family Medicine | Waterfront Community
Position
Large group with 23 physicians, 22 APPs, 3 DDS, and 2 Pharmacists covering 39 locations
Beautiful, tourist waterfront communities —recruiting for growth and retirement
Schedule: 4 days a week—3 Different locations to choose from
Outpatient-only—no hospital work required
18 to 22 patients per day—2.5 patients per hour
3 exam rooms per provider plus 1 procedure room
Research and teaching are done through the organization if you have an interest
EMR: NextGen
New clinic building will be completed in December of 2020—20,000 sq. ft.
Specialty services offered: OB/GYN, Surgery, Cardiology, and Pulmonology
Digital x-ray, mammography, digital radiology, bone density, and ultrasound
Call: 1:4, 1:8, or 1:13—depends on the clinic you choose—1 week at a time
Phone consultative call only
You may get 2 to 6 calls a week
Financials
Base salary: employed—$225,000 to $230,000
Production: paid out quarterly
Sign-on bonus: see if you qualify
Loan forgiveness: $30,000 to $50,000 through state and NHSC
Vacation: 8 weeks
CME: $4,000
Relocation: up to $10,000
Full benefits package: life, health, dental, vision, and more
Retirement: 403b with a 3% match
Malpractice: paid—occurrence—FTCA
