- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible (within five years of finishing residency) family practice physician
- Permanent job opening
- Outpatient only
- Weekly Call Rotation: 1:7
- Reason for need: Brand new office; Growth
- See 18-25 patients per day
- No OB
- Teaching Opportunity (med students & residents rotate in office)
- BLS is required
- Ohio license in hand preferred, not required
- EMR: EPIC

- Organization Information:
- $40,000 sign on bonus available (if you can start within 6 months)
