* Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to replace a retiring primary care physician for their outpatient-only practice.
* Walk into an established patient base and be busy from day one.
* The incoming physician will join 3 physicians and five APRN's in a practice
* The practice is equipped with Xray and a full lab.
* Lebanon is located in the heart of KY and centrally located within an hour drive of both Louisville and Lexington international airports.
