Practice:

• Critical Access Hospital: 25 beds, 2 clinics & level IV ER
• Outpatient Setting:
  • 4 day work week (in the clinic, hospital, and extended care)
  • 8-12 patients per day
  • Very low volume and low acuity
  • 500 ER visits/year, stabilize and ship to Denver
• Schedule: Flexible. Full time is 4 days a week, willing to go to 3-day work weeks
• Support Staff:
  • 1 RN
  • 2 Family Nurse Practitioner
  • 3 Family Practitioners

• EMR: Athena
• Will sponsor Visa's

Financial Package:

• Base Salary: $250,000 – 4 day work week. (Yes you read that correct)
• Vacation: 30 days PTO; 5 days CME
• CME: $5,000
• Relocation: of course!

• Retirement: 401k
• Loan Forgiveness: Yes - (NHSC) $90K
• Call Pay:
  • Back up: $500
  • Primary call: $2,000 after 8th shift
