The hospital is run the way a hospital should be run, the CEO listens to his medical staff and takes a very team-oriented approach to all things.
Practice:
- Critical Access Hospital: 25 beds, 2 clinics & level IV ER
- Outpatient Setting:
- 4 day work week (in the clinic, hospital, and extended care)
- 8-12 patients per day
- Very low volume and low acuity
- 500 ER visits/year, stabilize and ship to Denver
- Schedule: Flexible. Full time is 4 days a week, willing to go to 3-day work weeks
- Support Staff:
- 1 RN
- 2 Family Nurse Practitioner
- 3 Family Practitioners
- The culture here is a TEAM oriented approach focusing on quality and the philosophy about medicine
- EMR: Athena
- Will sponsor Visa's

Financial Package:
- Base Salary: $250,000 – 4 day work week. (Yes you read that correct)
- Vacation: 30 days PTO; 5 days CME
- CME: $5,000
- Relocation: of course!
- Full Benefits Package: Life, health, dental, vision, etc. (Family)
- Retirement: 401k
- Loan Forgiveness: Yes - (NHSC) $90K
- Call Pay:
- Back up: $500
- Primary call: $2,000 after 8th shift
- Malpractice: Covered
