COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM/PC)

  • Guaranteed straight salary, based on experience
  • Up to 5% Annual Salary Increase
  • 190 Hours PTO + 10 Paid Holidays;
  • CME: One week of salary + 40 Hours of Scheduled Time Off
  • NHSC Loan Repayment: $30,000 - $50,000 over two years

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM/PC)

  • 100% Outpatient
  • Work Day: 4-10’s or 5-8’s
  • 18-25 Patients Per Day
  • 1:7 Call Rotation: Back Up Phone Consults Only!

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM/PC)

  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine
