– 8 Family Medicine Providers on Staff | Great Mentorship for Entry Level Providers

– Average of 10-15 Patients per Day

Compensation and Benefits:

– 250K base salary
– 100/K Sign-on Bonus Paid out Immediately
– 10K Relocation Allowance Provided
– 403(b) with 4% Match | Also able to Contribute to a 457(b)
– Director stipend available to all up to $10/k per year
