We are currently seeking an exceptional Family Medicine Physicians for our NEW outpatient practice opening up near beautiful Chicago, Illinois area. The physician must have completed a Family Medicine Residency and must be BC/BE.

**Active licensure in Illinois is required.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Family Medicine practice - 100% outpatient
• Will consider Family Medicine or Internist
• 20-25 patients per day
• No OB but Women's Health and Birth Control Management for sure
• Monday-Friday, No weekends!!
