The Family Medicine/Internist Physician will provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the Michael E. DeBakey VAMC located in Houston, TX and to 9 Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) locations.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Shall be a MD or DO from accredited college approved by the Council in Medical Education and Hospitals of the AMA or by the AOA
- Possess current, active, unrestricted license to practice medicine the U.S
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Possess current DEA registration
- Possess current CMEs
- Current immunizations to include Flu and TB
- Ability to complete favorable credentialing and background check
