Position Highlights
- Enjoy a desirable quality of life—flexible schedule and 1:7 weekend call
- Dedicated admin time every week
- Clinic and hospital located on the same campus
- Each physician has access to 3 exam rooms and a private office
- Strong mid-level support— each physician has dedicated MA
- Outpatient-only practice with strong hospitalist support
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive compensation guarantee of $240,000
- Signing and retention bonus options
- Optional training stipend of $2,000 per month
- $100,000 student loan reimbursement
- Health, pharmacy, dental, vision, long-term disability, life, and AD&D and malpractice insurance, pension, 401k, 403b retirement plans
