PRACTICE
- Outpatient Only Clinic in Colorado Springs metro
- Schedule: (4-day work week with 1 day up to 10p)
- You choose your schedule during the week
- No weekends
- 20 to 25 patients per day
- Directorship option
- Oversee 3 APPs
- Call: 1:13 pager call 4 times a year
- You are on 3 round call
- In 3 years most of our physicians have not been called
- EMR: NextGen
Financials
- Base salary plus directorship stipend
- Vacation: 25 days + 9 holidays + 5 CME = 39 days total or 7.9 weeks
- Work a total of 44 weeks
- CME: $2,000 CME plus 2 memberships
- Relocation: up to $5,000
- Full benefits package: life, health, dental, vison, and more
- Retirement: 403b with a 4% match
- Loan forgiveness: eligibility up to $100,000 through 4 different programs
