* The client provides a wide range of Health Care and Social Services that includes: family and internal medicine, OB/GYN, pediatrics, optometry, physical therapy, geriatrics, dentistry, nutrition services, rheumatology, wellness & fitness, HIV/AIDS services including case management, transportation services for the homeless, substance abuse prevention and treatment, x-ray, health education, laboratory, and pharmacy.
