This facility partners with patients to meet each patient’s health care needs. Their internal and family medicine physicians are committed to providing a continuum of exceptional healthcare for adults, including:
• Diabetes, blood pressure and high cholesterol management.
• Diagnosis of medical diseases and conditions.
• Disease maintenance.
• Maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Nonsurgical treatment of medical problems.
• Preventative care.
• Routine health check-ups and maintenance.
Job Description: Coverage would start as soon as locum can be privileged and would be ongoing until no longer needed.
Outpatient Clinic
• Average number of scheduled patients per day: 20
• 100% Adult patients
• Locum will be responsible for supervising other health care providers
Call
• Rotating call coverage during the week; 5p - 7:30a
• 100% Phone Consult
