PAGNY is seeking an Adult Primary Care Physician (either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician) for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of patients
  • Supervise Internal Medicine residents in ambulatory care
  • Collaborate with RN's and other team members on chronic illness management pathways
  • Assist with Performance Improvement work to provide comprehensive care that reduces unnecessary hospitalization
  • Schedule: Daytime, evening, and weekend clinic coverage as needed

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Possess or eligible for a New York State License
  • Competence in clinical care and team leadership within the scope of Adult Primary Care
  • Excellent psychosocial skills
  • Experience with an electronic medical record
