Family Practice Physician

The Company: Our client occupies a unique position in New York’s Orange County as one of the largest, multi-specialty, outpatient practices. With locations in Middletown, Newburgh, Goshen,Rock hill and Monroe. Our client has the community's largest team of physicians, specializing in more than 50 areas of medicine.

The Position: Family practice doctors, as primary care physicians, are often the first person whom a patient sees when seeking healthcare services. They examine and treat patients with a wide range of conditions and refer those with serious ailments to a specialist or appropriate facility. The client offers the following salary and benefits:

• $225,000-$240,000

• Productivity Bonus based on RVU

• Eligibility for ownership opportunities at about 2 years.

• CME allowance of $4k per year, with a week off paid to take their CME

• Pay for Boards, DEA, Licensure, malpractice insurance (claims made plus guaranteed tail)

• Smartphone with voice and data service; notebook computer

• Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), etc.

• 3 weeks PTO (Paid Time Off), plus the 1 week for CME. After 2 years – 4 weeks PTO, plus the 1 week for CME.

• EMR – NextGen for practice, Epic for Orange Regional Medical Center

• In-house referral system – 50+ specialties within the practice

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine

• Active and clean New York License

Responsibilities:

• 4 Day work week.

• 3 Ten hour days and 1 Twelve hour day.

• 12 hour shift to be done in Urgent Care

• Seeing 20-25 patients per day

• No late nights
