Exciting Outpatient Family Medicine opening just 35 miles from downtown Phoenix, 15 miles from Chandler and commutable from a wide range of the Phoenix metero. Outpatient only. Employed with community health center that is a certified Primary Care Medical home. 3 exam rooms and 2 dedicated MAs per physician. Turn-key practice opportunity.
