Primary Care Physician Opening in the Bay Area

• Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a full-time, employed position
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a CA license
• Experienced physicians and new graduates will be considered
• Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or other languages is preferred, but not required
• Outpatient only
• Minimal call coverage shared among providers (phone consults only)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Visa support is available

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide direct primary care medical services to include examination, diagnosis, treatment, referral and follow-up of patients.
• Provide all services in accordance with accepted medical standards, organizational policies, contractual requirements, and in a manner that is responsive to the needs of all patients.
• Maintain a high level of awareness of evolving medical practices and work in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and the provider team to develop and implement new practices and protocols as appropriate.
• Voluntary participation in the 24-hour call schedule and provide appropriate medical triage according to established protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and utilization review activities as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned
