- Immediate start as soon as credentialed - ongoing
- 3-month assignment with the possibility of an extension
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- About 21 patients per day; all ages
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Clean background, no malpractice
- Board Certified
- Active WA license
- Travel and lodging provided
