Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services for adult clients
• Assess patients condition and develop treatment plan
• Order and prescribe treatment, follow-up on treatment outcomes
• Maintain medical records, EMR

Details:

• Full time position open to work 4 days a week
• Part-time option, open to days worked
• This position offers clinical autonomy with the ability to focus on providing quality patient care. Support of highly skilled, trained office staff to cover operational and administrative aspects of the practice.

Requirements:

• B/E or B/C
• Graduate of Accredited Medical School, Residency Program
