Primary Care Physician in Michigan
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $230000.00 - 300000.00

We are searching for a board-certified/board-eligible family medicine physician to join a growing and reputable system in Kalamazoo and the surrounding Michigan communities. Part or full-time two-year contract in an outpatient autonomous practice environment for a large and healthy system with no OB, seeing minimal pediatrics – mostly adults. Live in a beautiful community with proximity to Detroit and Chicago.

Job Specifics:

  • $300,000+ earning potential with a realistic expectation of $275,000
  • $230,000 base salary guarantee plus wRVU production
  • See 17-25 patients per day with an average of 20-22 patients per day; net roughly $275,000 annually and their volume supports this capability
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus
  • Part or full-time but 1.0 FTE is highly preferred
  • Flexible 3 to 5-day work week – just meet 36 patient hours with 4 admin hours per week
  • Have your own personal MA and support staff
  • Call is very light and varies between clinics
  • Teaching and research opportunities available through affiliated school of medicine
  • PTO plus CME 5 days and $5,000 annual stipend

  • Kalamazoo offers all the amenities of the big city, only minutes away from quiet neighborhoods and more remote country-side or lakeside living; the maximum commute time anywhere in the city is 20 minutes without the bumper-to-bumper traffic of large metro areas
