Family Medicine Physician in Wisconsin
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 4 day work week Pay Rate: $22000.00 - 400000.00
We are searching for a board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physician to practice in an autonomous outpatient setting for a highly reputable, established, and financially stable critical access hospital with direct access to leadership and decision makers.

- Up to $240,000 guarantee with $400,000 first year earning potential
- Up to a $150,000 retention bonus
- A 4-day work week with a light call schedule—NPs take the first call
- Full comprehensive benefits with dependent coverage and great PTO
- Production and quality bonuses are available plus the option to incorporate obstetric, inpatient care, and/or a medical directorship for extra compensation
