Federally qualified, joint commission accredited, level 3 Patient Centered Medical home with 6 locations and growing is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to provide the best care for their patients and to best improve the health of the community it serves. Paid administration time built into the schedule providing for work-life balance

Paid administration time built into the schedule providing for work-life balance
- Full-time (40 hours) per week, but part-time work with full time benefits is also available
- 34 hours of clinical time and 6 hours of paid administration time
- Fifteen to thirty minute appointment slots
- Shared evening and weekend on-call schedule
