Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant needed to see patients ages 2+ at Corporate Health clinic in Midland for PRN dates between August 14-September 30. Provider will see patients for primary care & acute care issues to include sick visits, minor injuries, physicals, chronic disease management, immunizations, etc. Texas license, DEA, BLS, and 2-3 years of clinical experience is required. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm for most dates; hours for August 26-30 are 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Current dates needed are August 14 & 26-30, and September 3, 5, 20, 23, & 27.
