Family Practice - 1. Family Practice Physician –Salary Range is $85 - $110|hr, depending on experience. Here is the Job Description, followed by additional helpful information:
Position: Physician | MD or DO
Reports To: Medical Director, CEO
Job Summary:
The Physician is primarily responsible for providing quality care to assigned clients both in the inpatient and outpatient setting, conducting physical examinations; making diagnoses and prescribing medical and rehabilitative treatment. He|she participates in call coverage, quality assurance activities and staff meetings.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Licensing Requirements
Meet and maintain all criteria for Physician Credentialing, including the following:
• Completion of a M.D. or D.O. degree from an U.S. accredited medical school, school of osteopathy medicine, or FMG with ECFMG or Fifth pathway certification.
• Board Certified or Eligible for Board Certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.
• Current, valid and unsuspended State of California medical licensure.
• Current CPR certification required
Additional Requirements:
Must have a current and valid California driver’s license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.
• Specialty:
o Family Practice preferable, however Internal Medicine also accepted – Looking for those that can do Primary care.
• Hours|Shifts:
o We offer either 5 eight hour shifts or 4 ten hour shifts, we are open M-Sat from 8 am to 6 pm.
