WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

CV Connection is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician to join an established practice. Our opportunity is based on growth and will be outpatient only. This is a busy practice that has a diverse patient demographic. Interested candidates will be joining a team of two physicians and four advanced practice providers.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Traditional schedule: Monday – Friday, 8A to 5P
  • Call expectation of 1:4
• Average volume: 18 – 24 patients per day
• Common Diagnoses:
  • Medicare Wellness Exams
  • Skin Conditions
  • Acute Illness/ Acute Injuries
  • Congestive Heart Failure/Hypertension
  • COPD/Asthma
  • Diabetes Mellitus
  • Chronic Back Pain/Osteoarthritis
  • Traditional Family Medicine
• Job Requirements : MD/DO degree; Board Certified or Board Eligible
