Who We Are Looking For

CV Connection is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join an established practice. Our opportunity is based on growth and will be outpatient only. This is a busy practice that has a diverse patient demographic. Interested candidates will be joining a team of three physicians and two advanced practice providers.

What You Can Expect

• Traditional schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Average outpatient volume: 18 – 24 patients/day
• Weekday, Weekend & Holiday Call: 1:4
• Common Diagnoses:
• Child and adult wellness visits
• Chronic Back pain
• Diabetes
• Hypertension
• Heart failure
• On-site equipment
• EKG
• Lab onsite
• Job Requirements : MD/DO degree; Board Certified or Board Eligible
