This hospital system is adding primary care physicians to their large primary care group in the Houston area. The incoming physicians will join a mature team who service a 350,000-populace area of Houston. This is a managed care environment treating mainly 18-54 year olds. This hospital is building new offices and will continue to add physicians for a few years. They are offering a lucrative compensation package with an amazing benefits package to qualified candidates.
Multi Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only. M-F, no weekends. Minimal Call Ratio. Gross Charges production incentives. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. Up to 4 weeks of PTO available. Retirement plan provided with employer match up to 9%. EPIC in use for EMR. Physicians earnings are at theh 75th to 85th % MGMA. This is a managed care environment treating mainly 18-54 year olds.
