Location: Charming lakefront community in northwest IN 45 minutes south of Gary, IN and 1 hour to Chicago, IL. Plenty of real estate to chose from, affordable! Great family atmosphere and plenty to see and do in town or on the water.
Opportunity: Family Practitioner to join 1 other provider and 2 Nurse Practitioners. 100% Outpatient. Telephone call only 1:3. Doable volume and be successful right away.
Compensation: Employed with base salary and wRVU incentives. Sign on bonus and relocation negotiable. Full benefits package and retirement plan.
