We're looking for an experienced Family Practice Physician to join our practice and lead our Jacksonville location!
A little about us: Based in Texas, our mission is to provide exceptional coordinated care to our population of patients, to do so with integrity and respect to all that we serve, and to act in a manner that exemplifies these values; to create a cooperative environment in our companies, and in service to our patients, acute care facilities, and post-acute facilities throughout the healthcare continuum.
We're a tight-knit group, and our providers are family.
If you're looking for a full time position with flexible working hours, this might be the place for you. Some of our providers come in at 7am and leave by 3pm to be with their families.
100% outpatient, 16-18 patients per day.
Employed opportunity with comprehensive benefits for you and your family, vacation time, CME, paid malpractice, signing bonus and relocation assistance.
24/7 triage phone center staffed by skilled nurses to reduce call.
