**Family Medicine opening near Lexington, KY**
* Located in ***Richmond, KY*** - just 25 miles from Lexington!
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Employed position
* Outpatient only
* Joining an FQHC
* Medical specialties include family medicine and pediatrics
* Seeking 2 BE/BC FM physicians to join 3 Pediatricians, 3 FNPs, and 1 FP
* Each physician will have 2 clinical support members working on the care team
* There is a migrant population here who would be well served by a bi-lingual provider
* A $5,000 stipend to physicians fluent in Spanish!
* Also have dental, mental health and a pharmacy in the office
* All providers practice collaboratively which provides a unique practice experience
* ***Visa candidates accepted!***
* Base salary will be $200,000 plus tiered incentive based on productivity
* The other FP at this office earns at least $25,000 in bonus per year

The facility was built ten years ago and will be renovated prior to the start of the new physicians. They have had electronic medical records since 2005 and have implemented a unique process of abstraction that makes them particularly useful to the providers. They are a level 2 PCMH (should have level 3 soon).
