A clinic in Maryland is looking for a family practice physician who is able to provide locum tenens coverage for approximately three months starting in late April. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see between eighteen and twenty patients aged 18+ for a variety of cases: General internal medicine, cold cough flu, diabetes, hypertension, CHF, COPD, and Physicals. No procedures, the perm doc on staff will taking those cases. There is a possibility that they might need to cover another clinic 5 miles away from time to time. The locum will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This facility uses Centricity EMR and will provide paid training. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a big plus.
