- NCQA recognized Level Three- Patient Centered Medical Home
- Dynamic team of 7 physicians and 5 nurse practitioners
- 4 day work week
- Call 1:9
- 25 bed critical access hospital
- Scenic affordable community with four seasons of recreational activities-with nearby lakes and ponds- skiing, fishing, boating swimming
