Seeking Family Practice Physicians

FE Warren AFB Cheyenne, Wyoming and Bayne-Jones Fort Polk AFB, Louisiana

$10,000 Sign On Bonus and Incentive Bonus of $10,000 after one year * Fort Polk Louisiana

Home Health Medical, LLC is actively seeking physicians shall be capable of performing a full range of general medical services for patients age 0-100 in the Primary/Family Care Clinic, Urgent Care in the Emergency Department Setting, or Soldier Readiness Processing site, to include the ability and experience to adequately diagnose and treat urgent/acute/chronic disease and injuries. These positions are full time, Monday thru Friday.

Required Skill:

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)

Graduate from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada. This degree must have been accredited by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association; Association of American Medical Colleges; Liaison Committee on Medical Education; Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation of the American Osteopathic Association, or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) at the time the degree was obtained (e.g. Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).

Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine.

Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support: Advanced Cardiac Life.

Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
US Citizen.

Required Experience:

A minimum of two years within the past four years in an appropriate area of Primary Care.

Shall be board eligible or board certified in family medicine or primary care by the American Board of Medical Specialties.

Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with all parties and other health care providers.

Possess sufficient initiative, interpersonal relationship skills and social sensitivity such that he/she can relate constructively to a variety of patients from diverse backgrounds.
